Privacy Policy


In combination with our Terms and Conditions, this Privacy Policy details the collection, processing and use of your Personal Information by Go365. As described in this document, „Go365“ refers to the company, including, without limitation, its owners, directors, employees or other related parties. In certain contexts, „Go365“ may also refer to the services, products, website, content or other materials (collectively, „Go365 Services“) provided by Go365.

The term “Personal Information“ refers to information that can identify an individual, including your name, address, e-mail address, trading activity, and/or banking details.

1. Which Information Do We Collect?

Go365 will collect all Personal Information you’ve provided directly to us during our account registration process, when performing a transaction, or when using other Go365 services. These may include the following:

  • Contact details – May include your name, home address, and email address.
  • Account details – Includes information such as your registered username/password.
  • Financial details – Includes important financial information relating to your trading activity and may include bank account numbers, statement, and/or trading information.
  • KYC-Related details – As part of our Know-Your-Client policies, put in place in order to protect your funds, we may retain images of your government-issued ID, passport, national ID card, driving license, and residence-verification documents, such as a utility bill.

Go365 may also collect certain computer, device, and browsing information automatically when accessing the Go365 website or using Go365 Services. This information does not personally identify individuals and is aggregated for the sole purpose of providing us with statistical data about our users‘ browsing actions and patterns. This information may include details on the device used to access our services, such as IP address, type of operating system, browser type/version and other related information resulting from the use of our website.

2. How Does Go365 Use Your Personal Information?

When using our services, we may use your Personal Information:

  • To process transactions on the Go365 platform. Your Personal Information will be used exclusively for the purpose(s) for which it has been originally provided to us.
  • To verify your identity in accordance with the Money Laundering Regulations act of 2007 and our AML policy, and to address any other law enforcement needs, as described in our Terms of Use.
  • To personalize your experience while using Go365 Services.
  • To analyze usage of the Go365 website, and to improve our offerings.
  • To help us respond quickly to any requests for support when using our services.
  • To communicate with you regarding Go365 Services. Email addresses provided to us may be used to communicate information and updates relating to your use of our Services. On occasion, we may communicate company news, updates, promotions, and other related information relevant to Go365’s products and services.
  • To hold a contest, promotion, survey or other similar features.

Please note that we do not perform behavioural tracking of a customer’s activities while using our Website or different Websites, nor do we allow third-parties to collect data through our Service. When we are processing your transactions, some of your Personal Information may be shared with third party service providers who assist us in performing our business operations. Your Personal Information may be shared with law enforcement, data protection authorities, government officials, and other authorities only if the following conditions are met:

  • We are compelled to do so by a subpoena, court order, or other binding legal procedure.
  • We have reason to believe that the disclosure of private information is necessary in order to prevent physical or economic harm.
  • We have reason to believe illegal activity has taken place.
  • When the disclosure of personal information is required for further investigation of violations detailed in this Privacy Policy or in our Terms of Use.

3. Transfer of Personal Information Internationally

We store and process Personal Information in data centres located in many regions of the world. All such transfers are bound to our legal and regulatory obligations.

The Go365 website or related services may provide references or links to other websites, hereafter defined as „External Websites“. Please note that we do not control these external, third party sites or any of the content they may contain. You agree that Go365 shall not assume any responsibility or be held liable for External Websites referenced or linked in the Go365 website, including, but not limited to, the website’s contents, policies, features, promotions, products, services or actions and/or any damages, losses, failures or problems caused by, related to, or arising from use of these websites or services. You acknowledge that External Websites have separate and independent privacy policies which must be read and agreed-to separately from this document. Therefore, we encourage all users to review the policies, rules, terms, and regulations of each site or service that you use.

Accessing and Updating Personal Information

Go365 guarantees the right to access your personal information for the purpose of correcting, updating, and/or blocking inaccuracies. To do so, simply contact customer support by using our contact page.

We will endeavour to respond to your request only when consistent with our Terms and Conditions and other legal/regulatory requirements.

Securing Your Personal Information

Go365 makes use of a variety of safety and security measures designed to protect your personal information and keep it confidential. Furthermore, these security features are used to protect your Personal Information from the possibility of loss, unauthorized access or alteration, misuse, theft or destruction. These security features include, but are not limited to:

  • All data is password-protected.
  • Encryption with Secure Sockets Layered (SSL) technology.
  • Active PCI Scans designed to our servers from malicious attempts.

Please note that all information that may be considered financially sensitive and/or relates to credit information shall be transmitted only with SSL technology encryption active. Furthermore, only authorized Go365 personnel shall be cleared to access client Personal Information. These highly-trained staff members shall treat all such information as highly confidential. We will regularly endeavour to further expand our security measures as relevant legal and technical developments become available.

Please note that we may, at our sole discretion, from time to time and without prior notice, revise, modify or update this privacy policy. Users shall be notified on our website.
